Don joined the law firm of Quinn Shea, P.C. in 1974; shortly thereafter, became partner of Quinn & Correa, P.C. Don has extensive experience in all areas of civil practice. Don has appeared before the Massachusetts Supreme Court, Appeals Court, Superior Court, District and Housing Courts, Land Court, Probate Court and several administrative agencies.

 

In particular, Don’s areas of practice include all aspects of real estate and real estate development, taxation, employment/labor/retirement law, family law, personal injury, corporate and business associations, contract law, elder care, estate and Medicaid planning, investment strategies and financial planning, to name a few.

 

Despite a full-time law practice, Don has thoroughly enjoyed teaching a variety of classes involving the law at New England School of Law, Stonehill College, Bently University, Northeastern University and Quincy College. Don has published several papers and articles in the North Atlantic Regional Business Law Association journal.

 

Don has been a resident of Plymouth his entire life. He enjoys volunteering as a judge at the annual ABA Eastern Regional Moot Court Competition. He has given back to the community as a coach and President of the West Plymouth Youth Basketball League for 30 years; he can be found playing basketball in multiple local men’s leagues and he is an avid gardener.
