Ryan joined Quinn, Correa & Gaynor in 2017 after practicing for 15 years with a large regional law firm in Boston.   Ryan has extensive experience representing a diverse range of clients in general civil, business and commercial litigation.  In addition, Ryan has significant experience representing various parties in bankruptcy proceedings including Chapter 7 and 11 bankruptcy trustees, secured and unsecured creditors, debtors, landlords and parties seeking to purchase assets in bankruptcy cases. He also has extensive experience representing parties in complex bankruptcy litigation involving preferences, fraudulent transfers and other complex commercial litigation arising in bankruptcy cases.  In addition to his litigation experience, Ryan has transactional experience representing individuals, businesses and lenders in a wide range of corporate and commercial and residential real estate transactional matters.  Ryan also counsels individual families and business owners with estate planning including trust preparation and strategies, probate and estate administration, Medicaid planning and elder law.

 

Ryan is a native of Hanover, MA and currently resides in Pembroke, MA with his wife and three children.   In his spare time, Ryan is a NCAA Division I college football official with the Mid-American and BIG-10 Conferences and a coach for Pembroke Youth Hockey.
